Waiver

All participants must complete a waiver in order to participate in the Louisville Corporate Games. These must be turned in at the final Team Captain meeting, tentatively scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 21. 2024, at Kentucky Country Day School.

Can substitutions to the team roster be made on the day of the event?

Team updates or changes can be made at the discretion of the team captain. Any new team members must also sign a waiver.

Do we have to have a team uniform?

No. However, we strongly suggest that teams dress alike — t-shirts rule the day. When your team shirts are the same color, our volunteers can easily tell teams apart. In 2024, teams are encouraged to design their t-shirts using a Team USA theme in support of the 2024 Summer Olympics.
