Teams

Companies will compete within one of four divisions based on their total Louisville-area workforce (full and part-time employees). Each company’s team roster can include as few as 15 participants or up to 100 participants, giving businesses of all sizes the opportunity to get involved.

$3,500 — Division 1 (1,001+ employees)
$3,000 — Division 2 (301-1,000 employees)
$2,500 — Division 3 (101-300 employees)
$2,000 — Division 4 (up to 100 employees)

Can substitutions to the team roster be made on the day of the event?

Team updates or changes can be made at the discretion of the team captain. Any new team members must also sign a waiver.

Do we have to have a team uniform?

No. However, we strongly suggest that teams dress alike — t-shirts rule the day. When your team shirts are the same color, our volunteers can easily tell teams apart. In 2025, teams are encouraged to design their t-shirts using a Hawaiian luau theme.
