No, but we strongly encourage teams to dress alike—t-shirts rule the day! Matching shirts help our volunteers quickly identify teams. For 2026, teams are encouraged to get creative with a Disco-themed design for their t-shirts.
Yes. The LSC will provide hydration stations with water and PowerAde throughout the Kentucky Country Day’s campus.
While we encourage all team members to participate in the Good Sport contests to help your company earn extra points, it is not required for everyone to be present.
Trilogy Health Services Team Tent Contest: Judging will take place between 9–11 a.m.
Team Selfies: Must be taken during the event
Team T-shirt Contest: Judging occurs after the competition ends; a minimum of 10 team members must be available for judging
Sports Equipment Collection & Food Drive: These activities are completed off-site at your company’s location. Team captains should provide a photo of the collected items to earn points. The LSC will pick up donations the week following the Corporate Games
While we highly recommend competing as a full team (team size may vary by event), it is not required. All competitions are co-ed, but if your team does not meet the required number of male and female participants, you can still compete. In such cases, the male-to-female ratio will be adjusted accordingly.
Cleats are not allowed. No spikes, studs, hobnails, or other metal fittings are permitted, including rubber cleats on soccer or football shoes. Gloves are allowed but will not be provided by event management. We also recommend that Tug-of-War participants bring long-sleeve shirts to wear during the competition.
No. Companies are asked to collect donations at their workplace in the weeks leading up to the Corporate Games. The Louisville Sports Commission will pick up all donations the week following the event.
Yes. Participants are encouraged to compete in as many competitive events they like.
However, we recommend choosing just one of the 10 bracketed events. Bracketed events are tournament-style, so start times may vary depending on how quickly previous rounds are completed, which could result in schedule overlaps. If a participant chooses to compete in multiple bracketed events, it is their responsibility to ensure schedules do not conflict.
Companies can enter teams into eight of the 10 bracketed events.
The Louisville Corporate Games presented by Humana delivers a positive environment that encourages employee health and fitness, builds a sense of company spirit and fosters teamwork and fun through participation. Assemble your co-workers and let the games begin!
